The Last of Us Part I is an action-adventure game that tells the story of Joel and Ellie, who are trying to survive in a destroyed world affected by a terrible epidemic. A pair of heroes must cross the destroyed United States to get to the safe zone and save their lives. During this transition, Joel and Ellie will encounter other survivors and mutants more than once, who can either help you or kill you.
The Last of Us is an action game in which, in addition to battles with opponents, there is an element of world exploration. Players explore locations, fight - or deliberately avoid fighting certain enemies - and search for a way to continue their adventure. In addition to the single-player mode, the game features multiplayer, where clans of survivors fight for resources.

Game Features:

- The picture of the remake at the stage of its promotion raised questions - not all screenshots showed such an impressive difference in comparison with the remaster for PS4. Sometimes it was not so easy to determine which was the old version and which was the new one. And partly this is due to the fact that in some cases, for some reason, frames from cut scenes were compared, which in the original game were just pre-rendered videos. Of course, they have a higher level of detail than the game itself! But in the remake everything is fair, everything is on the engine. At the same time, the graphics have reached a new level, as the developers promised. And if you don’t believe me, look at the huge technical analysis of Digital Foundry, which sells the game much better than Sony itself.

- Character detail (especially Joel’s beard) and facial animation in the remake are “average” at the impressive level of the second The Last of Us, to which we once dedicated an entire podcast episode. And somewhere it’s better. In some places, the game goes straight for photorealism (especially with Joel’s beard), so future fans of the HBO series, for whom the remake was obviously released, will not be disappointed. But fans of the original may still be disappointed by not only Joel’s more graphic, but also truly aged girlfriend, Tess. Basically, the characters in the remake simply added more detail and began to look more realistic, but for some reason Tess has a completely different face.

- Specialists from Digital Foundry in a separate video say that The Last of Us Part 1´s performance is generally orderly and stable. But for some reason I saw a different picture. I won’t say that there is anything wrong with the game - just read what experience I had and keep in mind that this happens.
